Hero Buddies offers a digital service for creating personalized video messages for children, where a fictional hero character addresses your child by name and according to your wishes.

Service includes:

  • Personalized digital video message (approximately 90-120 seconds)
  • Personal greeting with child's name
  • Mention of place of residence and life situations
  • Encouragement and praise adapted to your requirements
  • Digital delivery within 48 hours of confirmed payment
  • Video access via secure download link
  • HD video quality

3. Order and payment

3.1 Order process

  • Fill out the form with all required data
  • Check the correctness of data before submitting the order
  • Choose payment method
  • Confirm order

3.2 Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) via secure Stripe platform
  • Bank transfer

3.3 Prices

  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT
  • We reserve the right to change prices
  • Price changes do not affect already submitted orders

3.4 Responsibility for data accuracy

Since this is personalized digital content, the customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of all data entered in the order form.

  • Carefully check all entered data before submitting the order
  • Pay special attention to correct spelling of child's name
  • After submitting the order, data changes are no longer possible for free
  • Corrections due to customer errors are charged according to the current price list

4. Digital delivery

This is a digital product - you will receive a link to download the video and bonus content. No physical delivery, no shipping costs.

Standard delivery time: 48 hours from confirmed payment

Delivery method: Video and bonus content sent to your email as a secure download link

Link validity: 30 days from receipt

File format: Video in MP4 format (HD quality), bonus content in PDF format

5. Right of withdrawal

⚠️ Important - Digital content:

According to consumer protection laws, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium if the performance of the obligations has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

By confirming the order, you expressly request that the creation of the personalized video begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

6. Complaints and refunds

6.1 Valid reasons for complaint

  • Incorrectly pronounced child's name (if you provided correct pronunciation)
  • Technical errors in video (interrupted sound, image)
  • Non-compliance with ordered specifications

6.2 Complaint process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the video
  2. Describe the problem and attach a screenshot
  3. We will review your complaint within 48 hours
  4. If the complaint is justified, we will correct the video free of charge

6.3 Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the video due to our error, we will refund the full amount or prepare a new video free of charge.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property related to videos, including scripts, graphic elements, music and animations, remains the property of Hero Buddies.

Your rights: With the purchase, you acquire a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to personal use of the video. You may share the video with friends and family, but you may not use it for commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

Hero Buddies is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damage
  • Data loss due to technical problems on your side
  • Improper use of video
  • Delays due to force majeure

Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Video usage

Allowed:

  • Watching video at home with child
  • Sharing with family and friends
  • Saving for personal archive
  • Playing at children's parties (non-commercial)

Forbidden:

  • Selling or renting video
  • Public playing for commercial purposes
  • Modifying or adapting video
  • Removing watermarks or logos
  • Publishing entire video on social media without our permission

10. Communication

By confirming the order, you agree that we may send you:

  • Order status notifications
  • Technical notifications
  • Important service updates

We send promotional messages only with your express consent, which you can revoke at any time.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance.

12. Dispute resolution

We will try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible:

  • The court in the seller's jurisdiction is competent for disputes
  • The law of the seller's country applies
  • Option to use the ODR platform for online dispute resolution
